The only bell housings that will fit the 215 are the Buick / Olds 215 only,
Rover- but it will only work with a Rover tranny-, & the only aftermarket piece
originally made by TransDapt, now made by D & D.

Buick/ Olds 215 is unique for GM, not used by any other corporate engine. The
Rover works because Rover bought the engine from GM. TR8 bellhousing is same as
a
Rover, the TR7 will not work.

No knowledge about V6 fly wheels. I have used original GM 215's, & Webber after
market very successfully. Buick V6 front covers will work, but the timing marks
are wrong. Otherwise, they are better than the 215 as they have better front
seals, but you must use the covers from rear wheel drive cars, not the front
wheel drivers.

No questions are stupid if you don't know the answer.
