The two point belts should be attached to the frame and the transmission
tunnel. Todd Clarke's technical info document shows where and how to attach
the belts. It is also shown in the instructions in his "belt attachment
kit" - which I recommend.
I've recently installed three point belts in my '61 MGA Mk II that already
had factory attachment connections.
