I have mounted one of these in my '66 MGB and it works great. It
prevents the batteries from going dead if I don't drive the car often,
plus it makes it harder for someone to steal the car (especially since
just about any small key will start the ignition <g>).

I mounted it in the access hole to the rear shocks beside the battery
cases... it wasn't a perfect fit and I had to be very certain the
cables wouldn't interfere with the suspension (being that there isn't
much room there). It works great and since installing it a few months
ago I my batteries have kept their full charge (I only drive the car
rarely).

Later,
Ross
