Dear Simon:  

I beg to differ.  TWR stands for Tom Walkinshaw Racing.  I'm not sure how 
much they had to do with the XJ220, but they were very much involved with 
Jag in their return to factory supported racing in the 80's.  I think this 
includes their Le Mans victory as well.  Don't ask me the specific models 
they worked on as the Jag system of naming cars is now about as confusing to 
me as the system TVR used.  I can't tell a vixen from a 2500, and I have 
local car-guy support group members who own both!
