It's the result of a combination of SNAFU's.  Dissecting the message header
shows three key lines.

>To: bgurney@m1.interserv.com
>From: Interserv Operations <postmaster@interserv.com>
>Cc: mgs@autox.team.net

Basically, bgurney hasn't cleared out his mailbox.  (Eight megabytes!
Sheesh!)  An automated representative of postmaster@interserv.com sends
bgurney a notification that he's pushing the limit.  All fine and dandy.

But the big problem is that the postmaster@interserv.com automated
representative CC's the sender of the original message that put bgurney over
the limit.  So when anybody sends mail to bgurney, they get back the canned
response that says "Bgurney, your mailbox is full."  How utterly stupid.
This should be kept between postmaster and bgurney.

Mark, please dispense kicks in the butt as appropriate.
