What about these?

Susan Sarandon drove a yellow rubber bumper "B" in The Client. I think the
car appears about halfway through the film.  

Goldie Hawn drove a red "B" in Protocol.  I think the film opens with Goldie
blocking traffic because her car won't go.

Wait.  This reminds me of the early model "B" that refused to start in Coma.
