I know that this is a perpetual problem for American LBC owners,
so I thought you'd be the right people to ask:
I am doing a project and need a right up to date summary of the
Federal and the Californian Emissions Regulations. I just want
a brief rundown of the allowable levels of each pollutant for the LEV
and ULEV classes.
I've tried the California State pages on http://www.sen.ca.gov and the
EPA pages on http://www.epa.gov but I can't find what I want explained
in *simple* language. Does anyone know of any Web/FTP/Gopher/News
sites where I can find this info??
