Ah, that most likely would be the film "Lancelot St.  John -
Bucklethwaighte, Cowpoke."  I recall the theme song, "Mums, don't let your
lads grow up to be british car enthusiasts."  This flick is kind of a cult
film among british cowboy wannabes.

Incidently, St. John-Bucklethwaighte is pronounced just as it is spelled,
to wit: "Sinjin Buckwheat."  This should not be confused with the famous
british Zydeco band of the same name.
