Reviving #MG_cars

Wake the kids.  Call the neighbors.  Move over, Rover, 'cuz man has a new
best friend.  Just remember the magic phrase, "/join #MG_cars"!

Just had a little chat with Rick Green on IRC.  Since we were the only
two ppl on #MG_cars, we got to set down the tentative meeting time.  :)

Every night at nine p.m. Eastern for now.  Maybe refine that a bit as more
folks express interest.

See as many as can make it there!
