where can I find tires for an MGB?

Does anyone (Michelin, Dunlop, etc.) still make tires in 155x14 or 165x14 for 
MGB's?  I just had my left front tire lose the tread on the highway.  I stopped
-by a TireAmerica just to look and they said the only tires they had available 
they had to order, and were $127 Michelins.  Is this really what I should 
expect to pay?  TIA.
