Unfortunately there is no "easy" way to get to the hiding bolt.  I use a 3/8
ratchet with a short extension and a "universal socket" it's a socket with
it's own built in u-joint. Snap On and MAC tools both have 'em on their
trucks. 
Good luck, and buy a box of band aids for your knuckles.
