Value of Midget

Hi All,

I'm asking this for another guy, cuz I don't know the answer...
There's a Midget, 1970, the mechanical condition is OK.  The body: the paint
is shot, with rust spots here and there.  There are finger-through holes in
both wings.  It has a hardtop in OK shape (needs paint), but the hood is shot.
 The interior needs carpet and a dash overlay, but the seats are so-so. It has
wire wheels, but they are rusty.  What price range would a car like this fall
into?  Any imput appreciated!
