got a heater for my td
of course there will be problems, its a mg isn't it
i can work out the mounting of the heater and routing of the hoses
but where do i hook it up ... haven't found any diagrams on the engine
or in any of my books.
but if the cooling system works like this ..... the water pump sucks
cool water out of the bottom of the radiator forces it thru the block
and pushes it into the top of the radiator. that seems ok
there is a bypass hose that routes water around the pump. effectively
bypassing (must be why its called a bypass hose ) the pump.
does it seem reasonable to put the heater in place of the bypass
hose. if that will work its a piece of cake.
try and try but havn't been able to find mag wheels for betsy
so i'll cry and cry. don't want those wires. wire wheels are great on
motorcycles where the forces are in one direction, but put them on a car
and hit a curb or corner hard and those spokes wont ever forgive you.
i bet wheelrites are as rare as hen teeth these days.
