I live in Lucas, Texas, and have held a Prince of Darkness rallye at =
night before, but never with a 'Fool Moon'.  What a great idea!  Oh, and =
before you ask...
Yes the lights at home do flicker and go out.
No, the streetlights don't go out...We don't have any.  We don't even =
have sidewalks or a flashing yellow light.  Just miles and miles of =
country roads! ( I won't bother asking what to do if a black cat crosses =
my path!)

The thing to do with a full (oops, fool) moon is, hold a Scions of Lucas
Rally.  That way when the headlights go out, (especially at the closed =
course
section where the lights out requirement is in effect), no one misses =
any
clues.  I was sure that someone would have used this "Full Moon Theorem" =
to
plan a rally before but I've only seen it done once, (maybe because of =
the #
of fools out during a Full Moon).
