winter storage

This is the first time I've attempted to store my mgb for the winter.  It
gets wild here in elmira ontario canada.  The question: when placing car on
blocks, should rear wheels be all the way off ground or just enough to relax
leaf springs.  I,ve heard both version of "how to" from north american car
types.
