MILOU experienced a power flutter at 70 MPH.  I did a full tune-up and
replaced the GROSE jets with standard needles.  The floats had never been
at the right level with the GROSE, and I used all the washers I had.
The float chamber levels were too high, and unequal front-to-back.
Going back to standard needles allowed me to set the floats to spec,
and finally get my carbs properly synchronized.
The flutter it now gone.  I suspect it was because of the float levels,
but it could have been the carb synchronization.
