Hi Mike,
  Schumacher makes a device called a "Mity-Mite Battery Maintainer". It 
only charges the battery until it's fully charged, and then shuts off and 
waits for it to need a charge again. Perfect for LBC's. Available for 
approx. $25.00 at Wal-Mart.
