Looking for info re: LHD Conversions and DOT reg on importing

Hi
I'm looking for information on companies in the
US that are experienced in converting RHD to LHD
cars and trucks.

Also, does anyone know where the latest DOT/EPA USA regulations
are posted regarding the importation of 'foreign'
(Greymarket) cars and trucks (less than 20 years old)?
