side screen plate-TD

What information is imprinted on the small metal plate that is afixed to
the top of the right front side screen on a TD?

Is it the chassis or registration # or what?

I saw it on a TD on the NEMGT video of the circuit of Britain but can't
seem to make out the imprint. I don't see any reference to it in any
resto literature either.

Any experts with answers?
