No, it isn't so - it just runs a close second to getting the left motor
mount mounting nut in place without removing the steering shaft.
Actually, not incredibly difficult - just have plenty of patience and
lubricants - both for the rubber seals and for yourself. If you want
some specifics, e-mail me directly. I think I can recall most of what I
did - although the human mind tends to try to forget painful
experiences. ;')
