I wrote my letter, and every internet user should do the same. 

Last Friday night, I also retrieved the FCC info from their web site and
posted the letter format the FCC requests. If anyone wants a repost, e-mail
me privately and I will send it to you

The telephone company's surcharge will also have federal tax on it, and
possible even local tax. So, somebody smells money, and guess who's going
to pay!!
