The best cure is to purches a complete rebuilt front spindle kit. Which
encludes rebuilt (rebushed) spindles, MGC A-arm bushing and all other seals
and bushing.
You might have to replace the A-arm if the tunron bolt hole is egg shaped.
The spindle kit exchange are priced aroiund $250 and that encludes the major
suspension kit. A-arm are around $22 each. And your labor is free.. It
will take you by yourself most of the day. With help, music and beer still
most of the day. But it will be a easy days works
