San Francisco is the place you ought to be.  You can get in a good 8-9 months a 
year of topless motoring. And you can stretch it to 12 if you drive wearing a 
rain slicker.

Or you could come here.  Mild winters, hardly ever a white Christmas (
well... except for this year), warm summers (except for last year), snow ski
at Whistler glacier, water ski on the lakes and sail on the Pacific all on
the same day.  Lots of LBC's (and 25% on yer basic US buck).
