Yes the Caterham has been imported to CA.  One of my customers was their 
agent down in the Santa Monica area.  That was a few years ago.  They 
did have a car being assembled at the Long Beach Grand Prix Exhibition 
hall in I believe 1994.  I do not have any current information on the 
company.
