An alternative to the GM alternator would be a '83 - '84 RX-7. It's small, it mounts similarily to the Lucas, it has a built-in regulator and is 65 amp. Changed mine last year when I added A/C and have no regrets. R. Johnson - Dallas '90 Maine Coon '79 Midget '76 Midget '73 MGB |
