Bushings & my ignorance.

Ah!  Another opportunity to demonstrate how little I know.

Y'all been discussing polyurethane bushings, rubber busings and 
nylatron bushings, soft rides, hard rides and my little problem - 
squeaky bushings.

So the question is, can I make the squeaking go away?  New 
bushings, lube?? 

As always, all help much appreciated.
