Well the A is down at the carbs, no sweat just fire up the TD to scratch
the MG itch. Gaot one mile from where I wanted to be and about 25 miles
from home, it cost $60 US to be towed back home. Now here is what
happened: Was climbing a slight incline and the car started missing and
then stopped running. Checked the points they were not closed but was
not getting any fire from the coil, had power going to the coil from the
batt none to the dist. To top it all off the starter bit the big one as
well (this was coming since it was jury rigged). So good folks is it
the coil? Condenser? or some hidden thing I can't find?
Well I feel some better and may not want to sell after all, only been
MGing for about 15 years.
