They sure look like they would.

Number of bolts, same look to bolt pattern, same bolt type.

I just need to know if I can swap them stright out.  No extra parts from
Mini Mania or anything.  

I'm hoping someone out here has done it successfully or knows without a
shadow of a doubt it will work.

I'd hate to do it, look and think that it's all OK then havoc strikes when
I need the brakes real bad.
