Not only that, but he would have to pay capitol gains on the investments. LBCs are great because if you keep records of maintainence you can offset any gain with money invested should you ever be so foolish as to sell the little jewel. Not only that, but the hours spent relaxing in the garage may be the difference between maintaining some semblance of sanity on your own or comming to see someone like me for $90+/ hour. Bob Shaw |
