I think you better ignore this previous location - it is for s 77B, and the 
tonneau covers are definately different.  I have a good '67, and I measured 
it.  I have 4 measurements for you - my car is left hand drive (US), if 
yours is right hand, I'd assume a mirror image.  All of these measurements 
are from the tips of the studs.  From the left hand stud to the right hand 
stud should be 44 inches.  From the left hand stud to the center stud is 21 
1/4".  From the right hand stud to the center stud is 23 1/4".  From the 
right hand bolt of the boltdown fixture to the center stud is 4".  I hope 
you're good with geometry.
