Does anyone know where I can purchase components for the gauges in an
early TD (flat vs. dished face)? I believe they are the same as in the
TA through TC.
I tried Vintage Restorations in England, and, according to their web
site, they will not sell components.
My father is a retired Air Force officer that repairs clocks and watches
as a hobby, so he is going to restore the works. But we need new dials,
one needle for the tach and perhaps a couple of bezels. He can have his
clock sources redo the dial faces, but it would be expensive as a one-off
proposition. I'm hoping that someone stocks these and can supply me with
a set.
