Aloha , From the 50th state!!!!
The current thread on the UPS strike has got some interesting dialogue from
people all over the US. I tend to agree with everyone except "Dr. Doug" on
unions.I have lost two jobs because of them , having a great dislike for
them really gets me going. My father was an air traffic controller with 32
years in and look what happened to them!
Back to "Dr. Doug" 50K a year not on the high hog? Here in Hawaii those
types of jobs are not to common to the working slob.Being an aircraft
mechanic who performs work in accordance the FAA regs and peoples lives
depend on my competent work habits.If I make a mistake the bottom line is
people die.I don't make 50k a year .
Most of the LBC parts places only ship UPS to Hawaii that's the bad
thing.Vicky B is the only one to ship mail to us in the islands.So no
ordering parts til the stike is over for me.
