I suspect your front wheel bearings have too much play. When you turn a
corner the wheels are adopting an unnatural camber angle which is pushing
the discs against the pads which are probably pulsing in and out. It is a
common problem with the GT V8s because they had larger discs so any play in
the wheel bearings was magnified due to the larger diameter, although they
normally only squeak as you corner rather than pulse. Worth a look anyway.
Jack up the front wheel and grab the top and bottom of the tyre (tire) and
see how much play there is.
If there is play bear in mind that the front bearings are shimmed and
tightening them may not take out the play.
There is also the possibility that your new pads are still bedding in and
any, even minor, change in the camber from even the correct play in the
bearings might be being amplified.
