Oh man, John you're in luck! I kept all my old seatbelts from my '79B
when I received my recall belts last year. And the best part of it, I'm
only a short drive up the road from you in Moraga. Write me back if
you're interested and I'll give you my phone #.

belt's broken in my wife's B.

Does anyone have a used latch assembly for the passenger side of a 79
MGB.

It's the one that has the steel cable anchor that feeds up to the plastic
covered latch assembly. The springs are gone and the plastic cover for
the latch has been repaired several times that I think it is beyond the
epoxy fix stage.

The belt seems in reasonable shape as the passenger side gets less wear,
but the latch assembly seems to have been trapped by the seat back and
the plastic damaged, now beyond repair.

If any of you listers have such a part that you would sell/trade, please
let me know. Thank's in advance John.
