The blue and red wire feed the headlights. The bullet connector
that has 2 wires going in and 1 coming out is the one you want to test.
Pull the wire that goes to the switch (all three will be coded uw on your
wire diagram) from the bullet connector. It will be on the side of the
connector with 2 wires going in. Test it with your test light. If you have
power then your problem is with a dirty bullet connector or a bad ground.
My guess would be in the connector. Sand all the connections clean and it
should work. Since the other lights work your switch must be good.
