Check your timing. It's within the realm of possibility that your timing is
too far advanced, causing the starter to bind. I'm not sure exactly why it
does
that, but I owned a car that did the same thing when it was hot. Once it
cooled, it
would turn over just fine. Of course, this situation can't be good for your
starter.
Along these lines, you might be experiencing some of your other problems due
to your
timing, but i could be wrong. Check it out...
