Avon makes a 165SR-14.  Bought 5 of them last year.  Some outfit in PA.
Will dig up the name if you'd like.  Why does everyone think this tyre
is no longer made?  Downside is that they are not cheap - about $72 per
tyre as I recall, plus shipping, then you have to get tubes.......and
try to find a place to balance wires........sigh.

Since I was thinking about it, I went ahead and dug out the receipts. 
The company's name is Universal Tire Company, Inc in Lancaster Pa.
