In the latest issue of Moss Motoring, it was reported that SB42 exempts all vehicles, 73 and older from smog testing. If I understand it correctly, you'll still need a smog test when the vehicle changes hands. Is this the case? Just wondering, Joseph 67 Roadster (Yes, it passed its last smog test and no, it's not for sale.) |
