Not problem , just don't ask for a pint of John Thomas (it's an old 
English expression for a part of the male anatomy ;-) )

Sorry, to us anyone from the States is a Yank. Just like you call us 
Brits and Limeys. I think of myself as English; not sure if the Welsh 
think at all ;-))
So what's the preferred term for our American cousins?

Dunno when that will be. I was going to treat my wife to a Christmas 
shopping to New York, but the small matters of a baby and some daft new 
magazine got in the way....
