Recently someone questioned the committment of the workforce who put
together the new MG at Longbridge. Well I can tell you I have visted the
production line twice now, and they are fully committed, and certainly feel
that they are building an MG, and not just another Rover model!
The people who put together the MGF are selected from a long waiting of
applicants. Many MGF owners have seen their car being built on the line and
met with the technicans on the shop floor. This close contact has further
enhanced their feelings as to being part of a very special family!
If you ever get chance to visit the MG production line then do it!
