I had a 75 prior to the 78. The 75 had a manual choke. In '82 or so when 
I replaced the carb on the 78 I got a rebuilt manual. Even though it had 
an auto choke to start with. They were pretty common until the US version 
went the way of the CA smog laws 77 or so I think. The manuals are very 
hard to come by now. You can get them rebuilt but parts for the choke 
assy are tough.
