I found another place called Cai Instruments that sells Smiths gauges here 
in the U.S.  They are based in Lancaster PA.  Their URL is

The only U.S. Distributor (according to them) for Smiths Instruments is
XK's Unlimited (800) 444-5247.

They have a great catalog.  I requested it from their web site but I
can't remember their URL.
