Dave:

I suggest stories and awards to prove your "OF-dom". A quick one from me:

I fabricated two new sheetmetal clips to hold the fresh air intake duct
onto the cowl of my TR7 (The Ugly Wedgling). I carefully drilled holes in
the brackets - spacing them by eye - then equally carefully drilled holes
in the cowl to match them. I then pop-riveted the first clip in place by
setting a rivet in the first of the two holes. When I went to set the
second rivet I realized that I had mounted the bracket backwards and it
would never line up with the second hole. After drilling it off, reversing
it and re-riveting it I did exactly the same stupid thing on the other side
of the car.

Perhaps we could offer awards or formal titles to truly dedicated OF
blunders and OF remarks.

John McEwen - 57.3 and counting.

Sliding helplessly into terminal OF-dom.
