MG OD Tranny Refill ?

Yo listers..

Due to time restraints, I've yet to delve into some of the interesting
threads developing...

But I do have a question, and I realize it's been covered here before, but
what would the collective wisdom of the list recommend as the best oil to
refill the OD transmission? I've seen 20/50 referred to. Comments?
