cost of a used 1800cc head

Hello JOHN,   Early 70's MGB head.  The letter "L" stamped at the rear.  Had
bigger valves and no water return hole for the hot water chokes.  Have one on
my 67B I am building.  There is a head shop in Chattanooga, Tn. "Dover Heads"
That can repair cracked mgb heads.  I just had one done last week.  $225.00
complete valve job plus repairing the cracks.  Check in Hemmings Motor News.
There are a couple companies that sell bare heads and complete heads. New.
