I'm still alive and well although much busier than I used to be. I
receive the the list and decide what to read and what to delete based
on subject lines. Working 70 hours weekly has made me have to make a
choice between typing about or driving MGs. Hope there are no hard
feels but I'm driving every change I get. Adam's 72 B (black) is
running well but needs valve guide seals desperately. The 75 B (green)
is running great but I lost the speedo a few weeks ago. Tonight is MG
Car Club - Long Island Centre's annual Nocturne Rally and with the
speedo out on the 75 I'm forced into using the 77 B (red) for the
event. Adam's running it as well and this will be the first father/son
outing with us using two cars. It does my heart good to have my son
getting involved in the MG stuff. I'm out the door in a few and need to
give the cars a quick "once over". Weather sucks here in L.I. N.Y. but
the event must go on. I think that evenings like tonight is where that
weather term "driving rain" came from.

I'm giving up the Sunday tow truck driving gig after tomorrow and will
concentrate several Sundays hours weekly on the projects. First the 79
B and then the 58 Austin.

There mucho stuff happening along the USA Atlantic Coast and you can
get the latest weekly updated events page weekly (usually Monday) at
http://www.mgcars.org.uk/clubs/deutsch.html .

Lastly: If your driving / or working on a Midget, 1100/1300 or MGB and
are not a member of the North American MGB Register, you are missing
the boat. Any one interested in joining or getting more info can call
me at 1-800-NAMGBR-1, membership is $25 anually and provides you with a
subscribtion to the best MG publication available that deals with these
models exclusively, the MGB Driver.

Safety Fast,
