TD footrest

Hi Bob Donahue & Bob Howard,

I'm also restoring my TD and would be delighted to learn just exactly where
the footrest is to be placed on the passenger side.
For example, does it bolt at the very top of the firewall, or a couple of
inches down from the top?  And could someone give me a measurement on the
floorboard  - how far is the bottom of the footrest from the bottom of the
firewall?
