Why? Fuel Problem

Why, is it in my 75B that if I hit the gas, when it comes back to idle, the
rvs drop low, then come back to the regular 1000 rpm?

I think it may be a gas problem, anyone had a similar experience?

Sunny today, just about ready to put the license back on for the summer.
