Howdy all,
        I recently upgraded my faulty old SU's to a Weber downdraft ('72
MGB).  I'm pleased with the Weber but the manifold that came with it is
thicker than the flanges on my Falcon headers.  This creates a problem
when trying to tighten the headers where the two share studs.  I've
jury-rigged some half washers to take up the gap, but it's not exact and
I'm sure it's more blashphemous than putting the Weber on in the first
place!  Is there a source of shims made to deal with this problem?  I
do not have metal working capabilities, so I cannot make them myself, and
I cannot currently pay alot to have any custom made.  I'm reluctant to
have the intake manifold flanges honed down to the same size,  but I may
have to if that's the only option (who know if the next header set or
manifold will have the same size flanges). Anyone dealt with this problem,
or have a good solution?  Thanx!
