I've had really mixed results with VB myself. I agree that their policy of
having only clueless order-taking people is not appropriate in this
business--trying to get resolution to a problem is darned near impossible.
Maybe they've diluted their business far too much with Chevy trucks and old
Datsuns to care enough about what got them where they're at in the first
place: LBCs!
